Peter has an extremely interesting case study on the ‘One day plant – order today and deliver tomorrow’ based of lean and S&OP. This case study will include topics such using the LEAN principles across the entire SCM organization and the conversion of the classic S&OP approach towards 
a tool and method to identify peak demand and trend whilst mentioning laying the foundation for IoT by reducing

Marcel Frielinck is the VP in supplies planning at Xerox. He has worked
in the Netherlands, UK, India and the US and has built
an international experience in dealing with different aspects of S&OP.
