He is responsible for the production planning for all business units and production plants within the R&S production network. This case study will include topics such using the LEAN principles across the entire SCM organization and the conversion of the classic S&OP approach towards a tool and method to identify peak demand and trend whilst mentioning laying the foundation for IoT by reducing complexity with the LEAN transformation.
Marcel Frielinck is the VP in supplies planning at Xerox. He has worked in the Netherlands, UK, India and the US and has built an international experience in dealing with different aspects of S&OP.
