Luxatia International is excited to welcome you at our hybrid events!

The health and well-being of our attendees remain our top priority and we are working with our hotel venues to provide you with the same high-quality accommodations and services you expect while ensuring the health and safety of everyone. We will continue to actively monitor the situation regarding the coronavirus and follow the latest advice and guidelines issued by the World Health Organization & European Center for Disease Prevention and Control and update this page as new information becomes available.

As Luxatia International conducts events in multiple locations, different travel restrictions may be in place and we encourage you to stay up-to-date on the new regulations prior to traveling for the summit.

In order to join the event in person in Berlin, please note we will be following "3G" restrictions (proof of vaccination, or recovery, or negative test) during check-in. Travelers from an EU member state can enter Germany if their 'EU Digital COVID Certificate' (EUDCC) contains one of the following: proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery, or negative results. Special rules apply to travelers arriving in Germany from countries designated as "high-risk" or "virus variant", you will need to fill out the Digital Registration on Entry and follow quarantine rules. For high-risk areas, quarantine can end by submitting proof of vaccination or recovery. For variant concern areas, the 14-day required quarantine can only end by providing a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours at the time of entry. You can reference the current policy (here) to learn more.

And while COVID restrictions have been removed for business events in Spain, in order to join the event in person in Barcelona you will still need to provide proof of vaccination, recovery, or negative test during check-in in order to ensure the continued safety of all attendees. All travelers arriving in Spain by air or by sea, must fill in a Health Control Form electronically within 48 hours before the flight departure. Travelers must provide the QR code when they board and when they arrive in Spain. In addition, you will need to provide a valid 'EU Digital COVID Certificate' (EUDCC) or equivalent documents containing one of the following: proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery, or negative result. You can reference the current policy (here) to learn more.

Please note that during the summit, printed materials will be available only upon request (digital materials will also be available through our event app) and in order to maintain minimal contact a no-handshake policy is recommended throughout the entirety of the event. We appreciate your cooperation with using prevention strategies, such as wearing masks, physical distancing, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette in order to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus.

If you are unable to travel at this time, we are offering virtual participation through our event platform for all of our summits as well. You can register for that option through the appropriate event page or if you need to switch your participation option, please email info@luxatiainternational.com.

Only by working together can we continue to enjoy the pleasures of travel and business events so we can continue to gather with industry leaders, share knowledge about the innovations of the future and establish valuable business relationships to help create solutions.

Thank you for your understanding of these measures and we look forward to seeing you.
